A Warm Welcome Back to Derek Cook

We are pleased to welcome back senior private client practitioner Derek Cook who is now at our office in Hereford.  Derek worked at the Shrewsbury office for five years, before moving to work in Birmingham.  Having spent a number of years making the commute across to the West Midlands he is now delighted to be able to turn his attentions to the residents of Herefordshire and the surrounding regions.

Derek has been in the legal profession for approximately 40 years and has acquired a great deal of knowledge and skill in all areas of private client work, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and the winding up of estates. 

He says; “My guiding principle has always been to maintain the values, morals and standards which used to exist years ago but sometimes are not found in our world today.  Customer service is paramount, and my aim is to be available – if someone happens to be passing the office but doesn’t have an appointment, then just drop in – if I am free I’ll be quite happy to have an informal chat.”
