The firm is going through rapid expansion and has grown from 144 staff this time last year to currently nearly 200. In addition, the merger with Ludlow based Morgans solicitors in May 2007 has meant, only due to a great deal of effort and determination, that it has been possible to gain this valued and respected accreditation within a relatively short space of time.
Managing Partner David Battisby said “I am proud of everyone at Lanyon Bowdler, in particular our HR Director Barbara Holdcroft, who has patiently worked with all the teams in order to achieve the standard”. He added “it doesn’t stop here though, we are currently working towards the Law Society’s Quality Mark LEXCEL and we expect to have this accreditation by the summer”.
