Lanyon Bowdler has continued the expansion of its Clinical Negligence Department with the addition of senior solicitor, Lucy Small, who joins the team based at the Ludlow office.
Lucy, originates from the Worcestershire area and brings with her a wealth of experience in the conduct of medical negligence claims at all levels. She is followed to Lanyon Bowdler by many of her existing clients. Lucy says “Lanyon Bowdler is recognised as having one of the strongest clinical negligence departments in the Midlands and North West of England. I am delighted to be joining the practice and look forward to being part of such an optimistic and forward thinking firm.”
The highly specialised clinical negligence team is headed by Paula Nash, a partner and solicitor with over 20 years experience in the conduct of medical negligence claims, and comprises a number of very experienced solicitors, legal executives and support staff. Two in-house Nurses, together with the support of a registered GP, complete the team able to provide first class legal advice to victims of medical negligence. Two of the team are members of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. The firm is also on the approved list of Solicitors for Headway the Brain Injury charity, and CBIT, the Child Brain Injury Trust.
