Humberts merger with Halls
The corporate team at Lanyon Bowdler acted for the vendors on the sale of Halls, the group of Estate Agents, Agricultural and Fine Art Auctioneers, Valuers and Surveyors. The sale to Humberts Group plc for an undisclosed sum completed on 4 September 2007. Lanyon Bowdler would like to wish the vendor team every success in their continued involvement with the Halls group.
