Andrew was born and bred in Shrewsbury and after qualifying as a solicitor in 1980 returned to Shrewsbury to join Lanyon Bowdler in 1989.

Andrew heads up Lanyon Bowdler's Property Department and its Commercial and General Division. He has many years of experience in all aspects of non-contentious property work, both leasehold and freehold and is a member of the Agricultural Law Association. His main area of specialism is development work, regularly dealing with site acquisitions (including options; conditional contracts; overage and clawback arrangements; and planning obligations) and estate development and sales.

Andrew is recommended in the Legal 500 2010 edition, which comments "Andrew Evans and his team are appreciated for their tireless commitment to getting the details right".
