Bethan studied law at the University of Sheffield and remained there to complete the Legal Practice Course, for which she obtained a distinction in 2008.  Having made the decision to move closer to her home town in Mid-Wales, Bethan joined Lanyon Bowdler as a trainee solicitor in September 2008. 

Bethan joined the Employment team upon qualification in September 2010 as a solicitor supporting the Employment and Corporate/Commercial departments, having spent time in both departments during her training contract. 

Bethan advises employers and employees on all aspects of employment law.
