David qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and has been a partner of the firm since 1984.

David was appointed to the office of what is now known as a fee paid Employment Judge in 1993 and he is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Since October 2003 David has been the firm's full-time managing partner, but still found time for some further studies.  He was delighted to be awarded a post-graduate diploma (with commendation) in the “Management of Legal Practice” from Nottingham Trent University.

In his present role David now runs the management of the practice, assisted by an enthusiastic and dedicated team of professional managers. David also offers the firm's Employment Department the benefit of his wealth of experience in the field of employment law and discrimination and continues to act for clients in selected cases.
