Gayle graduated from Cardiff University with a law degree in 2004 and embarked upon gaining some experience within a law firm, working as a legal secretary, before commencing the Legal Practice Course at Wolverhampton University. Gayle completed the course with distinction, also winning the Law Society of England Wales Prize for the best student.
Having joined Lanyon Bowdler as a trainee solicitor in 2006, Gayle gained experience in the personal injury, clinical negligence and private client departments. Gayle qualified as a solicitor in September 2008 and works as Assistant Solicitor to Neil Lorimer; working on high value claims involving brain injuries, amputations and fatal accidents. Gayle also has a particular interest in accidents abroad and has experience in dealing with claims where the injury was suffered in France, the Netherlands, Germany and Cuba.
