Kay is an Associate Solicitor of the firm and a member of the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel. She has over 20 years post qualification experience and over the last few years, has specialised solely in clinical negligence cases on behalf of patients and their families.
Kay has extensive experience in the field, from diagnostic error by GP or hospital, clinical mismanagement of labour and gynaecological procedures, brain and spinal injuries, cases involving upper and lower limb amputations, delay in diagnosis of cancer and fatal accident cases including representation at inquests. Kay is known for her client care skills, her thorough and forensic approach to cases and her ability to maximise damages.
