Lisa joined Lanyon Bowdler in 1996 after having worked for a firm of solicitors in the West Midlands since the age of 16. She studied at Worcester College and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1997.

Lisa specialises in undefended commercial debt recovery, and was appointed Debt Recovery Manager in 1999. Lisa runs credit controllers networking events which take place on a quarterly basis. This gives credit controllers the opportunity to meet and discuss any problems they may be experiencing, and speakers give a short presentation in relation to aspects of credit control.
