Meinir qualified as a solicitor in late 2009 and deals with all aspects of Family Law, with special emphasis on private children law and ancillary relief matters.  A member of Resolution, Meinir has a keen and well-developed sense of the need to try to achieve amicable solutions for clients, which is reflected in her work.

Meinir was born and brought up in the beautiful countryside of the Tanat Valley, over the Welsh border, and educated in Llanfyllin.  She read Law at the University of Wales in Aberystwyth before completing the LPC at the College of Law in Chester. 

A fluent Welsh speaker, Meinir is happy to advise clients more comfortable dealing with sensitive or personal issues in Welsh, and also writes articles on Family Law for the local Welsh press.

Meinir enjoys a wide range of hobbies and interests.  She is an enthusiastic rally-driver, participating in events around Wales.  Meinir regularly attends Young Farmers' events and the Royal Welsh Show, as well as the annual Oswestry Show.  She is also an accomplished cook and a keen traveller.
