Nichola joined Lanyon Bowdler in September 2007 as a trainee solicitor from Wragge & Co in Birmingham where she had been working as a paralegal in the commercial property department. 

Nichola qualified as a solicitor in September 2009 having spent her training contract in four different departments within Lanyon Bowdler.  Nichola now works in Lanyon Bowdler’s Property Department acting in a wide range of non-contentious domestic and commercial property transactions.  She acts for landlords, tenants and developers in all aspects of sales, acquisitions and various lease work.
