Phyllis works as a Senior Litigation Assistant in the Personal Injury Department. She has worked in the legal profession since 1968 and worked her way up to the position of Senior Litigation Assistant. Phyllis has been able to gain a varied legal knowledge as she has worked in all areas of a solicitor’s office.

Whilst working as a Senior Litigation Assistant for Neil Lorimer, Phyllis has assisted in many catastrophic personal injury and clinical negligence cases. These have included fatal and major head injury claims. Phyllis is the first point of contact for new clients to the department, and assists in the day to day running of the files. Phyllis is also heavily involved in the costing of files.”
