Richard is a partner and also heads up the Company & Commercial Department.  He has 20 years experience (including 10 years working for large corporate practices in Birmingham), advising all sizes and types of business clients on a wide range of company and commercial law issues.

He has particular expertise in share and asset sales and purchases, re-organisations, share schemes, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and franchising, whilst undertaking a wide variety of general commercial work.

To relax Richard enjoys cycling and playing the guitar.
