Sue, who has a London University BA degree, joined Lanyon Bowdler in 1992 and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and of Solicitors for the Elderly. Sue specialises in will drafting, including IHT planning, and is particularly interested in provision for children with learning disabilities - she is a member of Mencap's Specialist Solicitors panel. She also deals with the administration of estates, the creation and administration of trusts, trust tax, Court of Protection matters including lasting powers of attorney and deputyships, elderly client law and charity formation and administration.
