Edward joined Lanyon Bowdler in February 2004 from Shakespeares solicitors, Birmingham and became a partner in May 2008.

Edward attained an MA(Hons) at Edinburgh University, and went on to train with Wannop & Fox in Chichester. He qualified as a solicitor in 2000.

He has 18 years experience specialising in advising clients upon trusts, high net worth estate administration (many involving significant agricultural and business property), powers of attorney as well as complex tax planning issues.

Edward is a partner and heads the Private Client Team, he comments “I enjoy what I do, I really like meeting different people and helping them understand what they need to do to secure their futures and those of their loved ones. I’m always here for a chat if someone wants advice, in fact our whole team are a friendly and approachable bunch.”
