Asking for legal advice can be daunting, particularly when you lack confidence using the English language.
At Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors we put all our clients first and have developed a service that allows all members of our community to access our expert services.
We offer a translation service for individuals that do not speak English or who have difficulties with English.
How it works:
Step 1:
If you have legal query or need legal advice, call 08456 124 888
You will be forwarded to our trusted translation partners, (Dixon Associates) who will take your details and ascertain the language you speak.
Somebody who speaks your language will call you back within 24 hours.
Your query or request will then be passed onto our solicitors.
This first phase of the translation service is absolutely free.
Step 2:
Once you’re query has been evaluated, our experts will determine the next best step and you will be informed whether you need to make an appointment.
At all times you will have access to a translator, if required.
Cost
The cost of this ongoing translation service will be evaluated on a case by case basis. At all times you will know if there is a cost for the translation service.
Solicitor legal fees will be charged at the usual rate, on a case by case basis.
