We were the winners of Lawcareers.Net’s Training & Recruitment Awards award for "Best Recruiter – Small Firm" in 2009, a trophy we also won in 2004 and were nominated for in 2007 and 2008. In 2010 and 2011 the firm was nominated in the Best Trainer - Small Firm category of these awards.
As recognised Investors in People, we were delighted to have our commitment to training and development recognised, by winning the Training Award at the Midlands Business Awards 2009.
Lanyon Bowdler have four trainees training with the firm at any one time, with two trainees joining us in September each year. Trainees usually spend 6 months in a department so that they have experience of four areas of work.
Applications for a Training Contract starting in September 2013 closed on 31 January 2012 - we received over 260 applications this time!
Applications for 2014 are now being accepted, and must be submitted by the end of January 2013.
