Rectification Claims

Rectification claims arise where a testator’s Will contains a clerical error, or the Will draftsman failed to understand the testator’s instructions, and the error only comes to light after the testator has died. In these circumstances, we can take action to rectify the Will in order to give effect to the testator’s intentions.

Associate solicitor Claire Vale leads our contentious probate department and is one of only two members locally of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). Claire can be contacted on (01743) 280211 or at the Shrewsbury office on 0800 652 3371.
