And the cost of legal advice need not be a problem after that. In small claims our fixed fee packages give you certainty. We can either take the case all the way to a hearing, in conjunction with a team of barristers we have selected, or if you prefer to keep the costs down even more, we will give you the tools you need to be confident that you can handle the hearing yourself. In larger cases, we can offer ‘no win-no fee’ or ‘no win-reduced fee’ agreements in appropriate cases, and insurance is available to cover other expenses and the risks of having to pay the other side’s costs.
