Wills, Trusts & Administration of Estates

We have specialist Wills, Trusts and Administration of Estates solicitors who can provide expert legal advice to ensure that your money and other assets go to the people you want them to.

We don't just sell time; we sell experience, expertise, know-how and results, and are able to offer a wide range of pricing options which may include Fixed Fees and Service Level Guarantees. For legal advice please contact us on 0800 652 3371.

Making a Will is one of the most important things you can do regardless of your age, your wealth or whether you’re married, in a registered civil partnership or single. It is easy to assume that your spouse or partner, children and grandchildren will inherit your wealth. However, this is not always the case; sometimes things are complicated, especially where there is a divorce or separation in the family. Spouses and civil partners may not automatically be entitled to all of your wealth. If you are not married or in a registered civil partnership, your partner may not automatically be entitled to anything.

The primary concern of our Wills, Trusts and Administration of Estates solicitors is to ensure that you have made provision for every eventuality. Making a Will can protect your partner and your children, save inheritance tax, preserve assets and help to avoid disputes.

For further details please contact Edward Rees (Partner and Head of Department) on 01743 280280 or call our Shrewsbury office on 0800 652 3371.

In January 2013 our Wellington office closed to the public, if you had a Will prepared by the team that was based at this office, don't worry your Will is safe. If your circumstances have altered and you would like to review your Will, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
