David is Head of the Residential Property Department.

He qualified as a Legal Executive in 1989 having worked in the legal profession since 1982.  Prior to that he worked in the financial sector. 

During his career in the law David has principally been dealing with residential conveyancing and related property transactions and for the last 24 years has been based in Oswestry, heading LG Solicitors' Residential Property Department. He sits on the Land Registry Business Users Group representing the Institute of Legal Executives.

LG Solicitors merged with Lanyon Bowdler in May 2010.
 
David is due to take on the presidency of the Rotary Club of Oswestry in July 2010 and helps run the family farm in the Snowdonia National Park.
