We are seeking to appoint a new member of our docupoint team. Docupoint is the department where all of the mail, photocopying, binding, scanning and all other general administration tasks for the organisation are performed. The successful applicant will perform a variety of roles including reception duties, data entry, filing and archive management and distribution of post.
The role would suit someone with previous administrative and reception experience, who has the ability to demonstrate working in a busy environment. Good organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy are also necessary.

Opening hours are 08:30 to 17:30 and the rate of pay is £8.21 per hour. Ideally we are looking for a job share working 5 days a week mornings/afternoons on a rotational basis. We will consider a split week basis (e.g. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday am). For job share you must be flexible to cover periods of annual leave and sickness.
