Job Description

Are you looking for a mixed range of commercial property work and solutions focused?

Due to continued expansion we are now seeking a driven commercial property solicitor. Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ post-qualified experience and experience of the following areas (experience in agricultural property work would be an advantage but not essential):

  • Landlord and tenant cases
  • Purchase and sale of agricultural, commercial or residential development land/properties and premises sold with vacant possession/subject to tenancies
  • Conditional contracts, option agreements and overage
  • Mortgage and legal charge documentation and lenders' instructions for drawdown of funds required for commercial, development and agricultural land transactions
  • Transfer of equity and partnership commercial/agricultural property transactions
  • Joint ventures and promotion agreements
