Profile/Experience

Educated at Hereford Cathedral School and Guildford Law School, Giles Scott practiced at a well known Herefordshire firm before joining Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors in the spring of 2015. A keen sportsman, having formerly represented Herefordshire Minor Counties at cricket, Giles has strong local connections within and around the surrounding county. He is also a member of The Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which is a unique professional body providing members with a local, national and international learning and business network.

Giles has 12 years experience in private client matters and heads up the team; specialising in Wills, Trusts, Estate and Tax planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, offering advice on Inheritance Tax and Probate & the administration of estates.

Giles has two daughters, Charlotte and Florence.
