Profile/Experience

Nick joined Lanyon Bowdler in 2021 and is an associate solicitor working in the firm's commercial and agricultural department. Nick is based at the Telford office where he acts for clients throughout the country.

Nick has specialised in agricultural property matters since he qualified as a solicitor in 2007, having grown up on a farm in Oxfordshire.

Nick attained Fellowship of the Agricultural Law Association in 2009 and he has experience in a wide variety of agricultural property transactions including land sales and purchases.

Nick also acts for lenders, advises on partnership agreements, rights of way issues, adverse possession matters, sports and recreational sales, deeds of easement, option agreements, contract farming agreements and share farming agreements.

Nick has spoken on various topics for the CLA and has written for the local publication as well as the Sporting Shooter magazine.

Nick has been listed within the agricultural sections of Chambers UK since 2015 and The Legal 500 publication since 2018.
