An opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor to join our growing Commercial & Agricultural Property Team in Hereford. You will be joining one of the most recognised firms of solicitors in the commercial and agricultural property sector. We are well known for offering a high quality service and for having strong technical knowledge.
If you are a commercial property solicitor with at least eight years PQE, this is a great opportunity to work in a close and supportive environment utilising and developing your skillset. You will be working in a friendly and supportive environment at a firm which is modern, progressive and forwarding thinking.
The role will provide exposure to high quality, complex and varied work with regular client contact, where you will be responsible for running your own files and working closely with other individuals within the Commercial & Agricultural Property Team in Hereford (and as part of a team of 30 across the entire firm). We offer a “city” type service, but in a personal and local manner. Through the staff we employ and the technology we invest in, we are able to act for some of largest landowners in England and Wales.
The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of property work and a passion to develop their career in this field. A conscientious approach, as well as strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with clients are vital traits for this role. In addition you should have a passion for business development.
