Job Description

We have an opportunity for someone to join us as a telephonist, working in our Legal Services Team based at our office in Telford.

This role is part of our central switchboard operation, and is often where all general reception and administration tasks are performed.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the efficient and prompt answering and transferring of telephone calls, including those from clients and new enquiries. During quiet periods the individual will undertake administration support tasks, such as data entry and archiving.

This role demands strong communication skills, as you will be required to take and pass on accurate messages either verbally or via email, as well as keeping up to date notes on the call management software.
