Miriam studied Law at the University of Nottingham. She then completed her LPC LLM at the University of Law before starting her training contract with Lanyon Bowdler in 2021.
Miriam qualified into the Personal Injury Department in September 2023, having spent the final six months of her training contract with the department.
During her time in the department Miriam has gained a wealth of experience in a wide variety of personal injury claims including accidents at work, occupier liability claims and criminal injury claims.
Miriam splits her time between our Shrewsbury and Oswestry offices.
From the Shrewsbury office, she runs her own caseload of fast-track claims and assists the head of the department, Dawn Humphries, with two of her high value cases, one of which is a fatal accidents claim. Whilst in the Oswestry office, Miriam assists associate solicitor, Jane Miles, with her multi-track case load which includes complex brain and spinal injury cases.
