Jane Miles is Grade A solicitor and associate having qualified as a solicitor in 1994.

Jane is fully experienced in personal injury claims and deals with a variety of cases including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, occupiers liability and public liability claims.

She is also experienced in Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority claims and fatal accident claims on behalf of estates and family.

Jane’s caseload is primarily multitrack orientated and she has represented clients who have suffered spinal injuries, brain injuries, serious orthopaedic and psychological injuries.

Jane is a Headway approved solicitor and she leads the Oswestry team and also services the Conwy office.

Jane is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer by the 2025 edition of the Legal 500.
