Toby is a legal support assistant in the Dispute Resolution Department. He manages new enquiries, assists in a variety of matters including preparing residential possession proceedings, instructing Counsel and CPR-compliant experts, preparation of trial bundles and mediation bundles and draft Court documentation.
Toby enjoys the fact that no two days are the same as his work is case dependent, especially in respect of litigation matters.
Toby graduated from the Chester University in 2022 with a Law & Politics LLB (Hons) Degree (2:1).
In his spare time, Toby enjoys bouldering, focusing on fitness, exploring new places and collecting records.
