Claire is an associate solicitor and is based at the firm’s Shrewsbury office. She has experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters but has specialised in personal injury and contentious probate work for a number of years.
Claire is one of the few solicitors in the Shropshire/West Midlands area to specialise in contentious probate. She works closely with the Lanyon Bowdler private client team and she also acts for individuals in a variety of different claims, including applications for reasonable financial provision, probate disputes and applications to remove/substitute executors. Claire acts on behalf of claimants, defendants and executors.
With regards to personal injury, she has considerable experience of acting for claimants in connection with many types of injury claims, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work and criminal injuries compensation claims. She has also acted for clients in relation to claims for compensation arising out of fatal accidents.
Claire's experience encompasses a variety of serious injuries, including brain injuries and complex lower limb fractures.
