Claire is an associate solicitor and is based at the firm's Shrewsbury office. She has experience in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, but also developed a keen interest in contentious probate work.
Claire is one of the few solicitors in the Shropshire/West Midlands area to specialise in contentious probate. Claire also occasionally acts on an agency basis for other firms of solicitors, for example, in their capacity as personal representatives/trustees. She is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists ("ACTAPS").
With regards personal injury, she has considerable experience of acting for claimants in connection with many types of injury claims, including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, food poisoning cases, and criminal injuries compensation claims. Claire's experience encompasses a variety of serious injuries, including brain injuries, spinal injuries and complex lower limb fractures.
Claire is recommended in the 2019 edition of The Legal 500.
