Emma deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters, for both companies and individuals, in sales and purchases, transfer of equity and re-mortgage transactions.
Emma also frequently acts for buyers of various new build plots which include freehold, leasehold and shared ownership.
She joined Lanyon Bowdler as a residential conveyancing solicitor and is based in the Telford office after working in Birmingham city centre. Emma was promoted to associate solicitor in June 2023 and then senior associate in 2024.
Emma studied at Staffordshire University and qualified as a solicitor in 2015.
Emma’s main interests are spending time with her family and friends, going to the gym and shopping.
