The service we received as a family was absolutely incredible, my mum’s case was never straight forward but it was dealt with in a very professional manner. Alicia was so understanding and helpful and was always at hand what ever the question was. Unfortunately during our time with our mums case she lost her life to cancer but the compassion shown was fantastic and Alicia helped us with the transition, she guided us through the process and explained everything fully on how we proceeded forward as it was mums wishes that we see the case through till the end.
