Carol has been working in residential conveyancing since 2009, and is a member of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2012. During this time she has dealt with all aspects of residential property matters in respect of sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, both registered and unregistered titles, together with mortgages and transfer of equity.

She prides herself on delivering an excellent customer service and good levels of communication to clients.

She has a genuine love of the countryside, having lived in rural Shropshire throughout her life. Interests include gardening, walks and social history.
