Naila joined Lanyon Bowdler as a legal executive (CILEX) within the Court of Protection department based in Shrewsbury in 2019. She has over nine years' legal experience and has worked as a fee-earner/office manager and provided supervision and training to a team of legal trainees at a solicitors firm in Birmingham.
Naila has worked as a caseworker for the Home Office. Prior to joining Lanyon Bowdler she was at the Ministry of Justice, Office of Public Guardian (OPG), working as a case progression officer, dealing with lasting power of attorneys (LPA) under the Mental Capacity Act (MCA).
Naila provides clients with comprehensive legal advice and is extremely passionate about her work. She is fluent in Urdu and Punjabi.
Outside work Naila enjoys baking and spending time with her young family.
