Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Service Desk Operator. The successful candidate will be part of a growing IT Team based in Shrewsbury, where supervision and support will enable them to develop their skills and knowledge. This is a great opportunity to join one of the most recognised firms of solicitors in Shropshire, Herefordshire and North Wales.

The role involves providing IT support to our seven offices and will suit someone who has had previous experience in a first line helpdesk role, or someone looking to start their career in IT.

Although previous experience is not essential, as full training will be given, you must have a keen interest and understanding of IT and Windows operating systems, how to troubleshoot and be quick to learn.

You will be expected to provide an effective, high quality, responsive, customer orientated and professional IT helpdesk service to everyone within the firm. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to thrive in a busy yet focused environment.
