Cecilia qualified as a solicitor in 2021. She joined Lanyon Bowdler in July 2024 within the Corporate & Commercial Department after spending some time at a national firm in Birmingham advising social housing clients on a range of corporate governance matters.
She has experience on a range of corporate transactions including share sales/purchases and asset sales/purchases as well as advising on a range of corporate and business matters such as company reorganisations, company articles of association and shareholders’ agreements.
Cecilia originally from Hong Kong and is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs exploring dog friendly places and cross-stitching when she’s not running around after her dogs.
