David Ashcroft.

David joined the corporate and commercial department of Lanyon Bowdler in June 2024, working primarily from the Hereford office.

He qualified and practised in Lincoln’s Inn and the City of London before moving to the Three Counties of Hereford, Gloucester and Worcester several years ago. David has also worked in commerce and was a founding director and shareholder of a company set up to provide commercial ship-management services to very large international banks who had repossessed ships after their owners had defaulted on their loans.

David undertakes a large spread of corporate and commercial work, with a special interest in defence and security supply contracts, for which he holds a security clearance at a high level.

In such spare time as he has he enjoys time with his long-suffering partner, and his sons and their families. He also eats well and has conducted a number of humanist funerals.
