Tania deals with all aspects of non-contentious commercial and agricultural property, ranging from gifts to multi-million pound deals; for individuals, partnerships, pension schemes, companies, trusts and church councils.

Tania is also a member of The Agricultural Law Society and The Law Society.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and joined Lanyon Bowdler in January 2018. She is a member of the commercial and agricultural property team based in our Oswestry office.
Prior to joining the firm Tania has worked in Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire as a partner and head of commercial property.
