Clarissa is an experienced residential development solicitor with over eight years’ post-qualification experience advising both SME and PLC housebuilders across the country on complex land acquisitions and disposals.

Having acted for several of the UK’s top 10 housebuilders, Clarissa specialises in negotiating and advising clients on both strategic Option and Promotion Agreements along with immediate Conditional and Unconditional Contracts. Clarissa also has experience acting for landowners in similar matters.

Clarissa prides herself on her attention to detail and working collaboratively with clients throughout the development lifecycle, providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice that helps deliver residential schemes efficiently and effectively. Known for combining technical expertise with a practical approach, Clarissa supports her clients in navigating what are often complex transactions and adopts a ‘can do’ approach when faced with unusual or seemingly problematic development constraints.
