Mathew joined Lanyon Bowdler as a partner in March 2022, within the Commercial & Agricultural Property Department, based in our Shrewsbury office.
He is a well-respected lawyer having over 15 years’ experience in providing practical and professional advice on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, ranging from landlord and tenant matters to portfolio management, acquisition and disposals.
He has a broad range of expertise in advising individuals, private companies, investors and banks both locally and nationally. The work has covered non-contentious commercial transactions including offices, industrial, development, retail and farmland.
Outside of work Matthew enjoys running, cycling and swimming together with spending time with his family and friends.
