Testimonials

What our clients say.

I would like to express our appreciation for your very swift and efficient assistance throughout proceedings.
You are always quick to respond to queries and have seen the sale of Sunnybank through with a minimum of hitches (usually met somewhere along the line!)
We are very grateful for your friendly and professional services.

Our legal advisor was friendly and helpful. She was always available when we ‘just popped’ in and gave us time to understand the requirements. Occasionally we felt that progress was slow but this appeared to be the other solicitor.

Liz Ashford handled our conveyancing for sale and purchase of properties. Despite not being local to us everything was easy. An online portal was made for us to sign paperwork and upload documentation. The only thing we had to sign as a hard copy was the contracts and land registry form. Liz worked quickly and efficiently, and I would recommend her services.
