Sonali deals with all aspects of family law including divorce and associated financial matters, separation, pre and post nuptial agreements and arrangements concerning children.
Sonali has expertise in dealing with high net worth cases involving family businesses and pension assets. She also undertakes private law children work involving complex matters such as fact finding hearings, the requirement of psychological expert assistance and the appointment of guardians.
Sonali is a member of Resolution whose members are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. Sonali is also a Resolution accredited specialist.
Sonali is very committed to client care and offers a sympathetic and pragmatic approach to tackling the many issues of family breakdown.
