Emma is a legal support assistant in the Residential Property Team at our Oswestry office, and is the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the processes and procedures to make their experience as calm and stress-free as possible.
Her daily tasks include updating clients, chasing solicitors and estate agents along with preparing documents for the conveyancing procedure.
Emma has a Higher Education Diploma in Law and will be continuing her CILEX journey with us to become a Chartered Legal Executive in conveyancing.
Emma joined Lanyon Bowdler in September 2026, bringing with her three years of previous experience in conveyancing matters.
Emma moved to Shropshire with her family in 2018 after her husband left the army. In her free time Emma enjoys walking the Shropshire hills with her family and the dogs and attending events such as Cane Cross Midlands and Camping.
