Since finishing education Sophie has worked in a variety of roles that are people focused from customer service in retail, head dental nurse for a private oral surgery clinic to sales & lettings negotiator for estate agents.
Sophie has always been a people person and these roles have allowed her to develop excellent communication, a conscious empathetic caring nature, organisation and relationship- building skills.
Sophie joined the Personal Injury Team as a legal support assistant in January 2026 and is based at our Telford office. She says being the eldest of four girls and a parent to two young children she is a natural organiser and thrives in busy and hectic environment. She is excited to begin a new career where she can support others and make a positive impact.
Outside of work she enjoys travelling, days out with her young family and now that they will be settled into the routine of working, school and nursery maybe some hobbies like horse riding!
