Hardeep studied law at the University of Birmingham obtaining a upper second-class honours, and his LPC LLM at the University of Wolverhampton, where he achieved a distinction. He was later invited back to the University of Wolverhampton to deliver a guest lecture on his legal journey.
Hardeep joined Lanyon Bowdler as a trainee solicitor in September 2026, he is currently completing her first seat with the Private Client Team.
Hardeep started his career as a criminal litigation paralegal at a Birmingham law firm. Most recently, he was an employment law paralegal at a city firm. He also has experience working in-house at a FTSE 100 company, where he was seconded to the employee relations and legal teams, working in employment law and data, privacy and cybersecurity law.
Outside of work, Hardeep enjoys spending time with his family, exploring different countries and sports, particularly football and cricket.
