Zoë qualified at Addleshaw Goddard LLP as a corporate lawyer in 2013. Post qualification, she advised Sainsbury’s on its joint venture with Dansk in relation to the establishment of a new UK supermarket.
In 2015, she completed a 12 month secondment to Associated British Foods plc, where she was responsible for various M&A transactions and corporate restructurings. In late 2015, she joined the auction house Christie’s where she specialised in the sale and purchase, finance, leasing and legal provenance of high value assets.
Zoë returned to private practice with Lanyon Bowdler to advise clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial matters. She enjoys being exposed to the wide variety of legal issues and clients offered by private practice.
