Emily qualified as a solicitor in September 2026. She joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in September 2024. During her training contract, she gained experience within various departments.
Emily now practises in the Corporate & Commercial Team and is able to assist with a variety of corporate transactions including share sales/ purchases, asset sales/ purchases, share buybacks, and company re-organisations, alongside general commercial matters.
Emily did her undergraduate degree at the University of Liverpool, graduating with a first class degree in law in 2023. She then did the LPC at the University of Law’s Chester campus.
During her time at university, Emily worked in a marketing role and also undertook an administration role within the legal industry.
Outside of work Emily enjoys reading, going for walks and travelling.
