Trish joined Lanyon Bowdler as a partner in November 2025 within the Commercial & Agricultural Property Department, based in our Hereford office.
She is a well-respected lawyer having over 30 years’ experience in providing practical and professional advice on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, ranging from landlord and tenant matters to portfolio management, acquisition and disposals, secure lending, overage and commercial development projects.
She has a broad range of expertise in advising individuals, private companies, investors, charities and schools. The work has covered non-contentious commercial transactions including offices, industrial, development and retail. Trish has a particular interest in the not-for-profit/charity and education sectors.
Outside work Trish enjoys sewing, painting, walking her Welsh Terrier, church activities and spending time with her family and friends.’
